Do you see the de-stress theme we’ve got going on lately? Rather than pushing through every stressor and ending up with adrenal burnout, I started taking preventative measures to manage my stress daily. Stress is inevitable, especially when you have bright goals you’re working towards, but that doesn’t mean it should overtake our lives and steal our joy.


One way I’ve been conscious of stress-management is through my nutrition. I’ve been researching supplements and natural remedies for de-stressing your body and healing adrenal fatigue. The key ingredients I incorporate daily are healthy fats from nuts and seeds, dates for a natural energy boost, alkalizing greens for balancing acidity in the body, and adaptogenic herbs to lower cortisol (your stress hormone).

SALTED CARAMEL DE-STRESS BLISS BALLS

1 c. pitted dates

¼ c. tahini

¼ c. almond butter

3 scoops Salted Caramel Protein + Greens

2 tbsp. coconut flour

2 tbsp. shredded coconut

1 tbsp. ashwagandha

1 tbsp. maca

¼ tsp. of himalayan salt

1 tsp. vanilla
