Beauty Boosting PSL For All Day Energy

Pumpkin Spice takes over the internet every fall as if we are hearing about it for the first time. It’s a classic and although I’m not a Starbucks lover, I must agree the combo of coffee + warming spice is perfect for this time of year. Whipping up your own at home, not only fills the air with the sweet smell of cinnamon and nutmeg, but costs less than $1 a cup. Drink a cup while you go about your AM work or pause on a weekend to read a book and snuggle up!

This DIY Pumpkin Spice Latte Mix is boosted with coconut oil for healthy fats and collagen for bouncy hair and glowing skin. Adding these ingredients to your morning coffee slows down the caffeine spike so you’ll be energized for hours! Plus you’ll notice a difference in your hair, skin, and nails after just a week or two - thanks to the collagen. Mixing up a batch ahead of time means your mornings can run a little smoother and your coffee is flavored perfectly every time.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Mix :

3 tbsp coconut oil powder

2 tbsp coconut sugar

3 tbsp pumpkin pie spice blend

3 scoops collagen

To make a beauty boosting PSL …

¾ c. strong brewed coffee

½ c. milk of choice (I used almond)

1 tbsp PSL mix - recipe above

Brew a strong cup of coffee - I like using a french press with ground Passenger Coffee beans. Warm up your milk in a frother by placing in the microwave for 30 seconds, or over the stove in a small saucepan. Froth the milk until a smooth layer of foam forms on top. Pour the coffee into a mug. Stir in 1 tbsp. PSL mix to hot coffee. Top with foamed milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
