Buffalo Hummus Platter for Game Day

September Sundays mean one thing to my husband. Football.

I try to get him out of the house to enjoy the other beautiful elements of fall such as a leisurely autumnal stroll through the woods, but it’s a struggle this time of year. Especially if the Eagles are on.

My way of coping? Getting my creative game on in the kitchen with snack platters inspired by junk food favs, like buffalo wings. Here’s what I came up with this past football Sunday - I hope you love it as much as we did!

Buffalo Hummus

1 c. hummus, store bought or homemade

½ c. redhot sauce (I picked up a Paleo version from Whole Foods)

¼ c. dairy-free feta cheese

2 tbsp. capers
